For an instant today, Nintendo has closed up eShop for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. This has made you lose all your chances to get all DLC, exlusives, DSiWare, and games for Virtual Console. ALL OF THEM mentioned in the DLC page must have been bought and downloaded by now!
If you intend to get the remaining physical copies of non-DLC Wii U, 3DS, DS, and Wii games, now’s a good time to do it while you still can! Though they’ll tend to get a bit more pricey, you can always get those non-DLC games from Amazon.com. I highly recommend collecting physical copies of certain Nintendo series worth of non-DLC games in a prioritized order. Use it as a list to check on these games that you have or have not collected yet.

Also, if you have a Nintendo Switch, annual Online Subscription, and Transfer Pack for N64, Sega Genesis, Game Boy and GBA, the familiar games from those VC systems can always be played in the Switch at anytime. Once you managed to deal with those Wii and 3DS DLC mentioned from the DLC page, you should also be going back to getting amiibo figures you haven’t collected yet while getting Switch games anyway.
