New Horizons 100% Completion

New Horizons is a fifth installment in the Animal Crossing series made to played on the Nintendo Switch. Of course, there are version updates that add new or returning features to the game and make the game more fun and enjoyable. It has a 100% Completion aspect with a set of objectives shown below.

100% Completion Objective List

  • Get a place to stay at the Deserted Island and get a Nook Miles Ticket from Tom Nook for doing so. Then buy at least one more Nook Miles Ticket.
  • Place Blathers’s tent and then the Museum in town.
  • Upgrade the Residents Services tent into a building.
  • Obtain the Net, Fishing Rod, Shovel, Axe, Watering Can, Slingshot and all possible varients for them.
  • Obtain the Vaulting Pole and the Ladder.
  • Obtain at least one Medicine and use it to cure bee stings or sick villagers.
  • Collect and donate all 80 unique insects to the Museum.
  • Collect and donate all 80 unique fish to the Museum.
  • Collect, assess, and donate all 72 unique fossils to the Museum.
  • Obtain the NookPhone and use applications given to it at least once.
  • Obtain all possible DIY Recipes.
  • Obtain all 68 Stationary items.
  • Find an open spot to build a Campsite.
  • Expand Nook’s Cranny with a General Store Upgrade and complete the Shopping Catalogue.
  • Visit the Mystery Islands and partake the tours at least once.
  • Have up to 10 villagers in the island.
  • Maintain a 3-Star Ranking in town and earn an Island Designer app.
  • Obtain at least one Plane Ticket to the Mystery Islands.
  • Participate in events at least once.
  • Modify or add rivers and cliffs to the town at least once.
  • Obtain all possible Umbrellas.
  • Obtain all possible tops, bottoms, dresses, headgear, sock types, shoe types, and accessories, including Distributed Items.
  • Complete all possible Achievements to earn Nook Miles.
  • Obtain at least one Tailor Ticket to get a free item at Able Sisters.
  • Obtain all Furniture, Clohting, Interior, and Other Items, including Distributed Items.
  • Obtain an S Ranking from the Happy Home Academy and obtain all rewards.

First Update (1.1.0)

  • Have other players join your island and visit other players’ islands locally or online.
  • Participate in Bunny Day at least once and obtain all furniture from the Bunny Day Series.
  • Obtain the Bunny Day DIY recipes by obtaining Message Bottles.
  • Link My Nintendo account from the Pocket Camp to this game to obtain Pocket Camp promotion furniture.
  • Obtain the Nook Inc. silk rug if you have Nintendo Switch Online.

April Free Update (1.2.0)

  • Obtain and grow all possible types of bushes.
  • Purchase and donate all 29 unique and authentic paintings to the Museum, including the Academic Painting, Detailed Painting, Glowing Painting, Mysterious Painting, Sinking Painting, Twinkling Painting, and both halves of the Wild Painting.
  • Purchase and donate all 13 unique and authentic statues to the Museum, including the Familiar Statue, Informative Statue, Rock-head Statue, Tremendous Statue, and Warrior Statue.

First Summer Update (Wave 1) (1.3.0)

  • Collect and donate all 40 unique deep-sea creatures to the Museum.
  • Obtain all possible Wet Suits.
  • Give Pascal a Scallop and obtain a mermaid fishy dress, a mermaid princess dress, and all DIY Recipes in the Mermaid Series.
  • Help Gullivarrr and obtain all possible furniture from the Pirate Series and all possible pirate-themed clothing.
  • Participate in Tanabata at least once and obtain the bamboo grass.

Free Summer Update (Wave 2) (1.4.0)

  • Participate in Fireworks Show, Cowboy Festival, Cowherd & Weaver Girl Day, Grape Harvest Festival, and Moon-Viewing Day at least once.
  • Obtain the casual kimono, kabuki-actor yukata, and morning-glory yukata.
  • Obtain the rodeo-style springy ride-on, Hikoboshi outfit, Orihime outfit, grape-harvest basket, and moon rug.
  • Obtain a Dream Bell Exchange Ticket for sharing or updating a dream.
  • Visit Dream Islands and obtain Nook Miles for its given achievements.
  • Create at least one Pro Design and have it saved and use the Custom Design Pro Editor at least once.
  • Backup save data for this game to prepare for the worst, particularly in case you lose your Nintendo Switch or in it case it suddenly breaks.
  • Obtain a Saharah Ticket for purchasing a Rug from Saharah and use five of those tickets to get a Mysterious floor or wallpaper.

Fall Update (1.5.0)

  • Participate in Halloween at least once and obtain Jack’s Robe, Jack’s Face, the Spooky Carriage and a DIY Recipe for it, and the DIY Recipe for the Spooky Wand.
  • Learn the Scare and Haunt reactions and use Reactions from the NookLink.
  • Obtain Pumpkin plants for DIY Recipes.
  • Use Exploring New Eye Colors to change your eye color.
  • Use Body-Paint Costume Tips to change your skin tone to any of the four new skin tones.

Free Winter Update (1.6.0)

  • Participate in Turkey Day at least once and obtain all furniture from the Turkey Day series as well as the Cozy Turkey DIY pack.
  • Participate in Toy Day at least once and obtain a Gift Pile DIY, Jingle’s Photo, and a DIY recipe for the Festive Wrapping Paper.
  • Participate in the Winter Solstice and Summer Solstice at least once and obtain the Aurora Wall, Sunflower Rug, Midwinter Sweater, and Sunflower Crown.
