Doubutsu no Mori, or Animal Forest, is a first generation Animal Crossing played exclusively by Japan gamers who have the Nintendo 64. It has a 100% Completion aspect with a set of objectives shown below.

100% Completion Objective List

  • Complete all of the main character’s tasks for Tom Nook and save the game by talking to the Gyroid.
  • Obtain the Net, Fishing Rod, Shovel, and Axe and their gold variants.
  • Collect all 40 unique insects and donate them to the Museum.
  • Collect all 40 unique fish and donate them to the Museum, including the Herabuna.
  • Collect and assess all 25 unique fossils to the Faraway Museum and then donate them to the Museum.
    • Donate 7 complete animal fossils with multi parts belonging to each one to the Museum.
    • Donate 5 standalone fossils to the Museum.
  • Purchase and donate all 15 unique paintings to the Museum. This includes the Healing Painting and Lovely Painting that replace Dreadful Painting and Novel Painting.
  • Obtain all 556 possible Furniture and get them into the Catalog.
    • Obtain all possible furniture from Gulliver, Animal Island, and winter campers.
  • Obtain all Famicom games, including the following:

    • This also includes the Blue Aloha Shirt, Familiar Shirt, Red Aloha Shirt, Tomato Juice Shirt, and W Shirt.
  • Obtain all 127 possible Gyroids in the game and get them into the Catalog.
  • Obtain all 64 possible Wallpapers.
  • Obtain all 64 possible types of Flooring.
  • Obtain all 64 possible Stationary Items in the game and get them into the Catalog, including the Danger Paper.
  • Obtain all 55 songs from K.K. Slider.
  • Fully upgrade Nook’s Cranny to Nookington’s and complete the Shopping Catalog.
  • Fully upgrade your home with the first expansion, second expansion, basement, and second floor, and pay off each loan for it.
  • Visit the Animal Island and have it saved and unlocked in the Game Boy Advance.
  • Have up to 15 villagers in your town.
  • Encounter Wisp late at night and complete his task at least once.
  • Visit all the Special Locations at least once.
  • Participate in events at least once, including Adulthood Day, Autumn Day, Bean Day, Cherry Blossom Festival, Children’s Day, Fresh Verdure Day, Garbage Memorial Day, Morning Aerobics, Hinamatsuri, Jinjitsu, Marine Day, Night of the Thirteenth Moon, Nook Friday, One Day Sale, Raffle, Sports Fair, Spring Day, and Winter Day.
  • Get a Perfect rating in your town.
  • Save up to 999,999,999 Bells and obtain all rewards from the Post Office, including the Mailbox and Post Model.
  • Reach 100,000 points from Happy Room Academy and obtain all HRA Rewards.
  • Create at least one Custom Design and have it saved into the GameCube Memory Card.
